Thank you for participating in the Cat in a Hammock Referral Program. These Terms & Conditions are intended to keep the program simple, fair, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

1. Eligibility
Our Referral Program is open to clients, friends, family members, neighbors, trade partners, architects, designers, real estate professionals, and anyone who knows and trusts Cat in a Hammock.

2. Qualifying Projects
A referral qualifies when:

• the homeowner is new to Cat in a Hammock;
• the project is located within Ventura, Santa Barbara, or Los Angeles Counties;
• the homeowner enters into a qualifying Cat in a Hammock construction contract with a minimum construction value of $50,000.

Standalone design services, consultations, maintenance work, planting-only projects, and projects below the qualifying minimum are not eligible for Referral Rewards. Cat in a Hammock reserves the right to determine whether a project meets the eligibility requirements of this Referral Program.

3. Referral Reward
For each qualifying project, you'll receive a Referral Reward equal to 1% of the original executed Construction Agreement value, up to a maximum reward of $7,500 per project.
The referral calculation is based on the original executed construction contract and does not include future change orders, upgrades, or additional work added after the contract is signed.

4. When Your Reward Is Earned
Your Referral Reward becomes payable once the referred project officially enters the Pre-Construction Phase.
For the purposes of this program, the Pre-Construction Phase begins once:

• the Construction Agreement has been fully executed;
• the Project Mobilization Fee has been received; and
• Cat in a Hammock officially begins preparing the project for construction.

During this phase, Cat in a Hammock may prepare construction drawings, coordinate engineering and permits (if required), procure materials, schedule the project, and coordinate trade partners and construction crews.
At that time, we'll prepare your Referral Agreement and arrange your selected reward.

5. Reward Options
Subject to availability, you may choose one of the following Referral Reward options:

• Visa® Gift Card
• Williams Sonoma Gift Card
• RH (Restoration Hardware) Gift Card
• Luxury Spa Experience
• Fine Dining Experience
• Donation to the charity of your choice

Cat in a Hammock may substitute a comparable reward of equal value if a particular experience or gift is unavailable.

6. Multiple Referrals
If more than one person introduces the same homeowner, only one referral reward will be issued.
Eligibility will be determined by the first complete introduction received and acknowledged by Cat in a Hammock.

7. No Limit on Referrals
There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals you may make.
Each qualifying construction project is eligible for its own referral reward.

8. Warm Introductions
Our Referral Program is built around personal introductions.
After receiving your submission, we'll contact you to help coordinate an introduction with the homeowner before beginning our normal discovery and consultation process.

9. Referral Approval
Cat in a Hammock reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and confirm that all Referral Program requirements have been satisfied before issuing a Referral Reward.

10. Tax Responsibility
Participants are responsible for any personal tax obligations associated with receiving a Referral Reward.
Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions.

11. Reward Redemption
Referral Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Where offered, project credits are available only to eligible self-referrals and may not be transferred to another individual.

12. Program Changes
Cat in a Hammock may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals already accepted before changes take effect will continue under the terms in place at the time the referral was received.
Changes will not affect Referral Rewards that have already been earned under these Terms & Conditions.
